Ashford FA and Ashford Formula work in sequence — from the finishing table to the cured slab — delivering permanent densification and protection on today's concrete.
What began as a finishing aid for managing weather and mix variables on the trowel has evolved into an essential response to today's GUL concrete challenge. Ashford FA delivers reactive colloidal silica during the finishing stage — improving workability, eliminating GUL stickiness, and beginning the CSH formation process at the moment of highest CaOH availability. The result is a denser, tighter surface before the slab has even set.

Ashford Formula is a transparent, chemically reactive, water-based treatment that penetrates concrete permanently — curing, densifying, hardening, and dustproofing in a single application. It reacts with calcium hydroxide in the slab to form a crystalline structure that fills pores and voids, producing a floor that self-polishes with use and carries a 20-year warranty.
